Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During sales, holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
2. Shipping Methods
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges required to reship the order.

We may request photographs of:
- The shipping package
- The shipping label
